After separating from the Marines in 2011, Andrew worked a variety of jobs but never felt like he had a meaningful career. Andrew set out to fulfill his dream of owning his own CrossFit box, which became a reality at CrossFit Ridgeway. His wife (Amy) and son (Jaxson) are a huge part of CrossFit Ridgeway’s success. Andrew wanted to create a community CrossFit gym in a world of global competitor gyms.
