Hello, I’m Samantha Price! I was introduced to CrossFit in October of 2015; I fell in love instantly! Since then I have been addicted to the ever-changing workouts and challenges thrown my way. CrossFit has inspired me to push myself harder and never give up!
My fitness journey didn’t start with CrossFit. It started in 2009 when I was hired as a personal trainer for the Rochester Athletic Club (RAC). I have been training for 7 years. I then went on to become the aerobics director for the location I was training at. I taught multiple aerobics classes a day on top of training clients one on one. After five years with the RAC I decided to leave and go back to school to become a full time EMT.
When I was given the opportunity to coach, I was honored. Being able to watch someone reach a goal or hit a new PR is the best feeling. Knowing that you helped them to achieve something they never thought possible makes it all worthwhile. I am so excited to be able to help someone reach their goals and grow through CrossFit!
CrossFit is my passion and becoming a part of CrossFit Ridgeway will give me the opportunity to share this passion with the community. I strive to optimize the performance and enhance the lives of all athletes through CrossFit. My goal is to make CrossFit Ridgeway a place where good times and hard work collide head on. It is a place where you can leave your worries at the door, train hard, and see results. We are a community at CrossFit Ridgeway and look forward to each new addition to the family.
